[Mild Peril]

First off, i guess i should tell you what the ell' this place is, right? This is the main site for me, David Schownir, and my lyrics and songs and stuff. I have recently quit my band FLAN and will continue to write songs and such. so look around and read my stuff!

Wooow! So we have officially found a new singer for Mild Peril. Steve Lazoya told me he used to sing for a band when he used to live in Cali, so i figured that was good enough of a reume' and told him he's in! And so now Justin is not in the band any more, just because i don't feel like writing songs that can have 3 freakin guitar parts. We still havent told him yet, but i sure he'll get the picture when we play our first show ^^ 

 

++Thursday, April 13, 2006-
So we (me, nick, and justin) have officialy changed our name to Mild Peril. Our song count have reached over 30 and we are now working on writing music! We have band practice tonight and tomorrow, and nick is even bringing his tape recorder so you can hear the magic of what actually goes on. I just hope we have enough tape... Recordings should be up in a couple days so keep coming back!

++Thursday, March 30, 2006-
21 songs! So me and Nick Good have teamed up once again to make The Good Schownir Experience and have already played a gig at coffee d. Now Justin Winters has joined the rebellion for our awesome sound and Nick has even written a few songs for us to play. We have a total of around 26 songs... Im getting my hands on a tape recorder and a computer mic real soon, so get ready to hear some music!

I would like to give a thanks to www.writingforums.com for reviewing alot of my works. I have 16 songs to date and there will be more. I have been getting together with Nick Goode (i really dont know how to speel your last name man) from the band Flan which basicly kicked the bucket a while ago. Last friday we played in the practice room of Coffee D' Vine and...rocked. hopefully next week we can make some music for my tunes and give you guys a little sample. If anyone wants to come watch, tap on the back window and we can sneak you in...or just walk through the mirror door in the cancert room and follow the light. Thanks!

Okay, so im quitting Flan...seeing that i havent been to one practice and i think im just gunna hang around and write some more stuff. Plus, seems the rest of Flan isn't really into the hardcore stuff like i am. alright... peace!
